1. How much does it cost to participate in this year's event?
The participation fee is $5,000 per person which includes:
- Community Building Project
- One night hotel room at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort (standard room at group rate only)
- Access to General Business Session
- Invitation to Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 18
- Invitation to Gala Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, May 19
- All meals as identified in event program
2. Is my donation tax deductible?
The fair market value of cost per person is $750. The remaining amount of your participation fee, after subtracting the appropriate fair market value cost per person, is fully tax deductible. All sponsorships are completely tax deductible. Dowload the Foundations W9 here.
3. What is the attire for the event?
The attire for the business session and social networking receptions is business casual. A t-shirt will be provied to you for the community project. Closed toe shows are required while on the work site and pants are recommended. Expect to get dirty!
4. What kind of activities can I expect on the work site?
Project teams will vary based on the actual location of the build. However, projects will be created that offer opportunities for people at all levels of skill and all levels of physical activity.
5. Will I be able to select what project team I am on during the community project?
You will not be able to select which project team you are on, but we will do our best to place you on the same project team as your primary Home Depot contact.
