Grantee Requirements

The Home Depot Foundation requires all grantees to submit a final project report.  In certain situations, grantees may also be required to submit progress reports in addition to the final project report.

If you would like to submit a Success Story of a project supported by The Home Depot Foundation, please utilize our Success Story Template and submit via email to hd_foundation@homedepot.com.
