As you know, "Giving Back" and "Doing the Right Thing" are core values at The Home Depot. You are doing an excellent job sharing these values with your local community through your involvement in Team Depot. By actively engaging in your store's community, you are not only adding value to associates, the neighborhood in which our associates and customers live and work, you are also adding considerable value to The Home Depot. The Team Depot program, which helps thousands of communities every year, would not be nearly as successful without the passion and commitment from associates like you.

Most importantly, here’s a link to our new Team Depot Tracker Web site. You’ll use this site to upload your upcoming Team Depot events so that other associates can sign up for them. Remember to check the checkbox on your profile in the “My Account” page to gain Team Depot Captain Privileges. Associates will need to sign up for events on the Web site and once they’ve volunteered, confirm how many hours they participated. Then, those hours can be turned into grants to nonprofit organizations of their choice!
